When everything feels tangled, you don't need more advice. You need an objective partner to help you filter out the noise, identify what actually matters, and make your next move with total confidence.
"The goal isn't a better plan. It's a better relationship with yourself."

Hi there. I'm Nicole, a queer mom of two, a coach in training, and someone who is very much in the middle of her own becoming.
I know what it feels like to look at your life and not quite recognize it. To have built something real and good and still feel like you've lost the thread back to yourself. To be navigating a world that doesn't always feel safe, trying to figure out not just where you're going, but where you belong, and who gets to come with you.
That's the work I'm in right now. And it's the work I do with my clients.
I'm currently completing my coaching certification through the University of Oregon's Empower program, an ICF-accredited, neuroscience-informed training that grounds my practice in how identity, change, and meaning-making actually work in the brain and body. Not just what sounds good. What's true.
The Coacherie exists because I want to create a space that doesn't ask you to perform wellness, doesn't just hand you a generic roadmap, and doesn't treat you like a problem to solve. A space that just makes room for you to be honest about where you are and curious about where you're going.
I work with women and queer people who are in transition—relocating, reckoning, reinventing, or simply waking up one day and realizing the person they've been performing isn't the person they actually are. My clients don't come to me broken. They come to me ready — even if they don't know it yet.
My approach is grounded, unhurried, and deeply honest. We don't rush to silver linings. We don't reframe before we've actually felt it. We get quiet enough to hear what's true, and then we figure out what to do with that.
Because you don't need to be fixed.
You need to be known.
Come as you are. Leave as who you're becoming.
Whether you're ready to start or just want to learn more, this is the place. A discovery call is always free — no pressure, no pitch.
